How to Get Cases to Us
For Dental Assistants

We understand that your patients may not have the luxury of setting appointments for any time of the day or week, and many simply prefer not to confront the general public with missing teeth.

Our solution?

We provide our regular clients with Same Day Return whenever any of these procedures are required.

Reline Denture or Partial (except Soft Liner)

Fracture Repair

Tooth Repair (tooth broken off denture/partial)

Immediate Tooth Replacement to existing Denture/PartialImmediate Clasp Replacement to existing Partial

NOTE: In order for us to avoid scheduling difficulties of our own, it is necessary to keep Same Day Return cases on the same schedule every day. There are usually one of two scenarios that you will encounter with patients needing repaired dentures or partials. They are:.

If your Same Day Case is called in (and ready) before 10:00 a.m., it will be returned to your office no sooner than 3:30 p.m. Later appointment times are preferable.

If your Same Day Case is NOT called in/ready before 10:00 a.m., it will be returned to your office the following business day no sooner than 3:30 p.m. Patients (particularly those needing relines) may want to schedule an appointment for the next morning before 10:00 a.m. so they would not have to be without teeth overnight.

Outside Midlands Area?

Because of physical distance

restraints, we are regrettably not able

to provide Same Day Service to

those doctors/practices outside of the Midlands area of South Carolina. However, we can provide

48-hour turnaround

for the same procedures. For example, if you send us your repair/reline/add tooth/add clasp case on a Monday for overnight delivery to us on Tuesday, we can have the completed restoration delivered to your office on Wednesday.
